October 24, 1963 – September 14, 2021
Theresa (Terrie) Wrenn Bergman, née Rehmeyer, age 57 of Essex, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021surrounded by her loving family.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald G. Bergman, daughter Holly W. Bergman, son Ronald S. Bergman, and granddaughter Kylee J. Bergman. Also surviving Terrie is her father, Ernest D. Rehmeyer, her older sister Catherine A. Finnegan (husband Brian), her younger brother David R. Rehmeyer (wife Sandra),her niece Margaret W. Finnegan, and nephew Mason D. Rehmeyer. She is also survived by mother-in-law Betty L. Bergman, sister-in-law Tina M. Bergman, nephew Jason S.Lange (wife Gina) and their children Alexys M. Carapico and Jaxon L. Lange, nephew Bryan R. Lange (wife Samantha), and nephew Corey W. Lange (wife Kellie). She joins her late mother, Elizabeth (Betty) W. (Hasson) Rehmeyer and late sister Nancy M. Rehmeyer.
Terrie grew up in Parkville, graduating from Parkville High School in 1981. She attended Towson University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Hospital Administration. She was a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, and worked for the Baltimore County Police Department in HR. She then moved to the HR department for the Baltimore County Department of Health and Human Services from which she retired in July 2020. She married her loving husband Ron on June 28, 1996 and chose to marry him again on June 28, 2018. They celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in 2021. She spent her days planning elaborate vacations with her family, shopping, reading, and day-tripping. She was involved in community theater and loved the arts. She also enjoyed boating and flying with her husband, going on impromptu road trips, and visiting friends out of state.
A visitation will be held at Bruzdzinski’s Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 21st from 2-4pm and from 6-8pm. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 22nd at 10am at Our Lady Queen of Peace.
