On September 1, 2024, Thurman Clay Scott, Jr., passed away. Beloved husband of Jessie Scott; devoted father of Clay Scott and his wife Lynn, and Cory Scott and his wife Jessamyn; cherished grandfather of Adrian, Annie, Carson. Cadence, and Jonah Scott; loving brother of Debbie Greason and her husband Mike, Kelly Warren, and the late Jim Scott; dear brother in law of Debbie Renn, and Vickie Rychwalski.

Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Saturday, September 7, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  Funeral services on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 7:00 PM. Private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Essex, 518 Franklin Avenue, Essex, Maryland 21221.
