Funeral service on Saturday, December 28th at 10 am in Rosedale Baptist Church 9202 Philadelphia Rd. Baltimore, MD 21237, with a gathering from 9 am to 10 am.  Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Vernon's name to Rosedale Baptist School 9202 Philadelphia Rd. Baltimore, MD 21237.
