Wanda Peace

November 17, 1939 - January 22, 2021

On January 22, 2021, Wanda Smith (nee Peace), beloved wife of 61 years to the late Robert P. Smith; devoted mother of Sandra L. Rambo and her husband Timothy C. Rambo of Kenhorst, PA., and the late Karen S. Smith of Johnson City, TN.; cherished grandmother of Timothy Rambo of Philadelphia, PA., and Tyler C. Rambo, who is in the United States Navy stationed in Norfolk, VA. Her two grandsons were her utmost pride and joy. Loving sister of Suella Lindsay and her husband Daniel of Williamsburg, KY., and the late Mary F. Pennington of Franklin, WV., Pearl Rodgers of Knoxville, TN., Benjamin Peace of Edgemere, MD., Thomas H. Peace of KY., and Charles Peace of TN. Also survived by several nieces and nephews, having a special place in heart for Benjamin "Ben" Peace.

Wanda enjoyed spending time with her grandsons, family, and sharing her morning coffee with her husband Bob on the porch. She also enjoyed feeding the birds and getting her hair done by her favorite sister in law Betty Peace.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date due to COVID restrictions.
