William Lee Brooks

William Lee Brooks, 92, of Essex, died Friday March 7th at Stella Maris Hospice. Born January 29, 1922 in Rock Hall, Maryland. Mr. Brooks was the son of the late Raymond Brooks and Gladys Price Brooks. Mr. Brooks was a long time employee of the former Bendix Corporation of Towson, Maryland. He was an avid bowler for 40 years of his life and a former assistant manager of Fair Lanes, Dundalk. He is survived by his sister Fannie Poklemba and her husband Elmer, niece Diana Faber and her husband Charles, nephew Allen Poklemba and wife Cheryl, along with grandnephews and nieces, Christopher Poklemba, Alexa Hartner and husband James and Brooke Poklemba. He is also survived by his great grandnieces Cadence Poklemba and Anslea Hartner and Addison Hartner.
Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A.  1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Monday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Funeral service Tuesday at 11 AM.  Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
