On Thursday, November 11, 2021 William Lewis of Essex, MD passed away peacefully. Cherished son of Wanda Lewis. Beloved companion of Tammy Schrader. Loving father of Alex Lewis and Dalton Lewis. William is also survived by Uncle Ralph, Aunt Joanne, Aunt Kelly, Cousin Sam and Cousin Tony, along with many other loving family and friends.
