Beloved father of Kristina White. Loving brother of Kathleen, Jim, Mary Lou, John, Margie and the late Doris, Marie and Walter Russell Jr. Also survived by his numerous loving nieces, nephews and family members.
A private cremation was held.
A memorial service is to be held at Our lady of Mount Carmel Church 1704 Old Eastern Avenue Essex, Maryland 21221 on Saturday August 26, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
